September 25 - 28 we gather at the edge of the Pacific Ocean for an immersive constellation retreat in Newport, Oregon.

Calling facilitators, leaders, and seekers, this retreat offers restoration and lasting insights through the transformative lens of Systemic & Family Constellations.

In a space held with warmth and skill, we’ll explore the stories carried in our families, our bodies, and our souls, and gently loosen what no longer serves.

Join us for four nourishing days of connection, and three restful nights by the sea.

Come home to the wisdom beneath the surface and the spacious potential that beckons you forward.

The coast is the live edge and so are we. The water leaves things for us, and takes things back. The sound of tumbling rocks, our ancient sea floor exposed. Wild and steady and ready.

During this intimate in-person retreat, we'll engage in the transformational practice of Constellations.

Constellations offer an embodied method to help bring resolution to stuck life patterns, inherited burdens, and unspoken loyalties that live in our family and organizational systems.

Find your role and take your place

Whether you attend as a Turn Taker (to set a constellation around a personal or work issue) or attend as a Representative (to support the constellations through presence and intuition), you'll be guided in service of increasing the flow of love.

You belong and are welcome, whether you're new to constellation work or are a returning practitioner. This experience offers depth, renewal, and community.

We'll balance the power of this work with time to rest and reflect, connect with others, or explore the coast and local fishing wharf in the bay.

Retreat Roles

Turn Taker / Participants

During the retreat, take a turn bringing your issue to explore in a constellation. You’ll receive a full session supported by the facilitator and group.

Representative / Participants

During the constellations, be guided to use your presence to support of the flow of love. You’ll receive insights nourishing to human systems and hope.

In either role, there is an option to lodge on-site for the full retreat experience, or to commute for select sessions, as described below.

Registration Process & Investment

Many Ways is committed to accessibility. Retreat options range from $280 to $1920, depending on choices made as to role and lodging. Program choices are below and lodging options are detailed on the registration page.

Step 1: Determine Your Role

Everyone attending will participate in the group field and healing process.

Turn Taker - Brings a personal issue to be explored in a constellation.
Representative - Participates deeply in the field by supporting others' constellations.

Step 2: Register for Role, Program, and Lodging Option

OPTION ONE: Stay with us onsite for a full immersive experience

Lodging: Three-night stay in a spacious coastal home. Rooms range from a private ocean-view suite, to cozy shared spaces, reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Meals: Includes eight nourishing meals*, plus snacks and beverages throughout. *Thursday welcome reception; Friday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Saturday breakfast and lunch (Saturday dinner is self-arranged to explore the wharf); Sunday breakfast and sack lunch for departure.
Full program: Designed for an immersive experience. Includes Thursday evening reception, optional morning yoga, Friday evening Gates of Grief ritual, Saturday evening labyrinth walk, and Sunday closing circle and collective constellation. The spacious agenda leaves time for rest and integration.
Investment for Program:
- Turn Taker with Lodging: $1240 + room selection**
- Representative with Lodging: $940 + room selection**
Room Prices: Rooms onsite are limited and range from $680 (king suite with balcony ocean view) to $40 (dorm-style shared space, bring your own bedding)

OPTION TWO: Commute from your own lodging, join select sessions & meals

Lodging: Arrange your own accommodations nearby.
Meals: Includes Thursday reception, Friday lunch, and Saturday lunch.
Partial program: Includes Thursday evening welcome reception, Friday and Saturday constellation workshops.

Investment for Program:
- Commuter Turn Taker: $480
- Commuter Representative: $280

Step Three: Complete and Submit the Registration Form

After completing the registration form, you'll receive:

1) An immediate email confirming your registration is in process
2) Within 24 hours, you'll receive a confirmation email affirming role and (if applicable) room selection, and an $80 paylink for deposit*

Your registration is confirmed once your deposit is received.

Registration balance is due by July 25, 2025

Details - deposit, payment, refund, & accessibility

Payment process:

About the deposit*: $80 deposits are nonrefundable. They help to cover deposits made to vendors and administrative time. Other payments are refundable up to 60 days before the retreat.
Balance in full by July 25: You will receive instructions and paylinks to complete payment(s). Balance in full is due by July 25, 2025, 60 days prior to the retreat.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable deposit.
15 - 30 days before retreat: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before retreat: No refund, however, your spot may be transferred to another person with approval.

Accessibility, inclusion, and limitations:

Related to rates: With a goal of inclusion, entry prices for this retreat range from $280 to $1920, depending on selections. As with all services, I'm also open to gifts above, requests below, and trades. Approached with mutual care, workable arrangements are usually possible.
Related to accommodations: The retreat location has an elevator and wide doorways for ADA accessibility, however none of the showers are walk or roll-in, as all have tubs. // For highly sensitive individuals, know this work occurs at the pace of a regulated nervous system with the intention of supporting all systems. // Finally, best efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs.
This work is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy: Sometimes in this work we speak about difficult events. If you have a sense this may be destabilizing for you, then this retreat may not be for you. We share this with the upmost respect and support for your journey. All participants will complete brief intake and release forms to further clarify this mutual understanding.
